An agronomist with a PhD in socio-economics, Elisabeth Gaillarde has spent her career helping major organisations turn technical expertise into innovative services. Her experience includes INRA, ADEME, where she helped develop the first Carbon Footprint tool in 2002, Veolia Environnement and strategic marketing and innovation leadership within Colas.

Joël Ruet

Joël Ruet

Joël Ruet is a civil engineer, holds a PhD in industrial economics and is a former Fellow of the London School of Economics. He is a CNRS researcher at the Centre d’Économie de Paris-Nord, an associate researcher with IDDRI at Sciences Po Paris and chair of The Bridge Tank. His work focuses particularly on West and North Africa, China and India.

Sylvianne Villaudière

A Sciences Po Paris graduate, Sylvianne Villaudière began her career in institutional communication and later served as Managing Director of EuroPanorama. She founded Alliantis in 2000 to advise leaders and organisations on public-interest and CSR initiatives, joined EcoAct in 2015 and has served as Vice-President of the Société d’Encouragement pour l’Industrie Nationale since 2019.

Christophe Angely

Christophe Angely has held senior roles in European investment banking, including positions with Deutsche Bank and BNP Paribas. He joined Barclays in London in 2001, first leading European investment banking and later corporate banking in continental Europe. Since 2014, he has served as Director of Strategy at FERDI, the Foundation for Studies and Research on International Development.

Serge Degallaix

An ENA graduate, Serge Degallaix served as French Ambassador to Bangladesh, Vietnam and Tunisia. He was also diplomatic and strategic-affairs adviser to the French Prime Minister between 2002 and 2005. He is Chief Executive of the Fondation Prospective et Innovation, chaired by Jean-Pierre Raffarin.
